While we cannot guarantee an identical match to any image, we will follow the advertised value, stem count, colour palette, overall style, and design aesthetic of the selected arrangement. Occasionally, flower varieties, greenery, containers, or design elements may need to be substituted due to weather, seasonal availability, or market conditions. When substitutions are necessary, we will preserve the overall colour scheme, mood, and design intent of the arrangement and will only use flowers or containers of equal or greater value.

If you have a specific colour palette, design style, sentiment, or vase preference, please leave detailed instructions in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on seasonal availability.
