Floral Design Disclaimer & Substitution Policy
At La Rose Flowers, every bouquet and floral arrangement is uniquely designed and handcrafted by our florists using the freshest flowers available. The photos displayed on our website represent examples of previous work, design inspiration, and overall style, but each arrangement is created individually and will not be an exact replica of the photo shown.
While we cannot guarantee an identical match to any image, we will follow the advertised value, stem count, colour palette, overall style, and design aesthetic of the selected arrangement. Natural variations in flower varieties, bloom size, seasonality, and availability make each creation one of a kind.
Occasionally, flower varieties, greenery, containers, or design elements may need to be substituted due to weather, seasonal availability, or market conditions. When substitutions are necessary, we will preserve the overall colour scheme, mood, and design intent of the arrangement and will only use flowers or containers of equal or greater value.
If you have a specific colour palette, design style, sentiment, or vase preference, please leave detailed instructions in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on seasonal availability.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy & Conditions
La Rose Flowers offers local delivery to London, Komoka, Kilworth, Strathroy, Mount Brydges, St. Thomas, and surrounding areas.
While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously arranged and confirmed. Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the selected delivery date.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion, such as a covered porch or sheltered entrance. A delivery photo may be taken for confirmation purposes. During extreme weather conditions, including excessive heat, cold, rain, or snow, we may contact the sender or recipient to arrange a safe delivery option.
Please ensure the recipient's address, phone number, and delivery information are accurate when placing your order. La Rose Flowers is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient. We are unable to offer refunds for orders that deteriorate after delivery due to weather exposure, delayed retrieval, or circumstances beyond our control.

At La Rose Flowers, each arrangement is custom designed and created specifically for your order using fresh, perishable products. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on completed orders.
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review concerns on a case by case basis. Any resolution, credit, replacement, or exception to this policy remains at the sole discretion of the owner and must be communicated and approved directly.
